Older adults are the largest and fastest-growing segment of the United States population. They will make up 23% of the Commonwealth’s population by 2035. Governor Charles Baker established by executive order the “Governor’s Council” to address aging in Massachusetts and develop plans to improve public and private efforts to support healthy aging.
